This school year Absence Requests need to be placed via Infinite Campus. Parents can access the Absence Requests through the Campus Parent App or DPS Parent Portal.

We recommend using the Campus Parent app as it has an easier interface to navigate. Here is a tutorial on how to setup the Campus Parent app on your mobile device.

 

Alternatively, you can access the Absence Request portal through the DPS Parent Portal  on any computer or mobile device:

- Login to DPS Parent Portal

- Select ‘See All Apps’

- then select  ‘IC’.

This will load Infinite Campus.

- Select your student

- then select ‘Absence Request’ in the Shortcuts menu in the right column

- complete the reason for absence information and submit.
